Grace Lee, DC
Dr. Lee was born and raised in the great state of Texas. She completed her ungraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin with a major in Psychology and a minor in Asian-American studies. She continued her studies at Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas.
Her journey through healthcare has taught her much about the value of serving others. She recognizes the importance of community and how useful team collaboration is to solving problems. She believes that kindness and hard work can influence others to do the same. She understands healthcare is a right, not a privilege.
At Alignment Chiropractic & Rehab, our goal is to do exactly just that - assist in the proper alignment of the spine and other joints to promote mobility. We provide treatment according to your needs. We treat spinal, cranial, shoulder, knee, muscular, or spinal disc issues. We have manual as well as Advanced Activator Method chiropractic adjustments to align the joints, passive modalities to relax the muscles, ultrasound therapy to promote soft tissue healing, and spinal decompression therapy to gently widen the spinal joint spaces.
We work with your body, providing thorough care and not over-adjusting. We also collaborate with medical facilities to achieve your personal health goals. Whether your goal is to relieve pain or to prevent conditions from worsening, we are here to help. Let us be your first choice to managing your health, conservatively.

The Importance of Regular Chiropractic Treatment
August 15, 2018
There is no chemical solution to a structural problem. Just like the wear and tear your tires experience, your spine needs to be maintained and realigned or it affects the functionality of your spine.
"My dad used to say that as a Chiropractor, many patients come in and it’s bottom of the ninth, two outs and you have to step up and hit a homerun. Many times, and in fact most times we do, but sometimes we strike out.
I wish patients would consider us first and not as a last resort. It’s hard to undo decades worth of damage and dysfunction. This is a woman who is 62 years old and has absolutely no quality-of-life because her spine is severely subluxated and her nervous system is being compressed. She can’t walk for more than 50 feet without intense pain.
What has been her solution from her doctors over the years? Pain management and drugs. There is no chemical solution to a structural problem. Long standing misalignments in peoples spine ruin their life.
If you have a loved one and they look crooked or are in pain, get them to a good Chiropractor, it could be the difference between truly living and just existing."
